Yaa Boayke gets to chat with Erin Wickersham in today’s episode. Erin has been a registered dietitian for 13 years with over a decade of experience in the weight loss field. She has a robust background in helping people lose weight via traditional weight loss methods and weight loss surgery. After having 2 children, Erin had a hard time transitioning to being a full time working mom and struggled with weight gain and difficulty losing weight. This experience sparked an intense desire to help other working moms find the strategies, tools, and support they need to prioritize losing weight and making time for themselves. She uses a portion control approach and 1 meal for the entire family philosophy to make weight loss simple. Erin is currently on her own weight loss journey and wants to show other working moms that you can live your life, eat normal foods, enjoy ice cream with your kids, and still lose weight.
